Harness’s canary mascot is inspired by canary deployments, a software delivery method in which updates are first released to a small group of users to identify problems before a full rollout. The mascot is also adapted to different regions, with its illustration style tailored to fit local cultures and contexts, helping the brand feel more relevant and relatable across markets.

Harness hosted their annual Company Kick-Off for FY25. As this is one of their biggest online internal events, the style of collaterals had to be set apart while retaining key visuals from the Harness brand.
The digital collaterals were to be in a 60’s / 70’s style inspired by the song “Ain’t No Stopping Us Now” by McFadden & Whitehead. The concepts below are different iterations of how the inspiration of the song translates visually.
