The Astypalea development project comprises of three interconnected sites accessible by boat. The first site features a master-planned glamping retreat on a secluded coastal property, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the surrounding mountains, ocean, and natural landscape. The second site, Pahia Ammos, is planned as a premium residential enclave with luxury villas situated in an untouched coastal setting, supported by hospitality services from a nearby hotel. The main property serves as the central hub of the development, featuring a hotel and additional villas.

Strategically located, it offers convenient access to a potential marina, beach, and valley, as well as direct boat connections to Pahia Ammos. Together, these sites form an integrated hospitality and real estate ecosystem designed around nature, exclusivity, and accessibility.

During my engagement, I was responsible for developing the logo and branding for Northside Astypalaia. My role focused on translating the project’s vision, location, and environmental identity into a cohesive visual system.
